Does the furniture require assembly? Most of our furniture comes with easy-to-assemble parts and detailed instructions. Tools needed for assembly are often included in the package. For larger items like beds, assembly may take 1-2 hours, and we recommend two people for easier handling.
Will the furniture be damaged during shipping? We use heavy-duty protective packaging, including foam padding and corrugated boxes, to minimize damage during transit. Each item is inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
Return & Warranty Questions
What is the return policy for furniture? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or shipping errors.
Is there a warranty for the products? Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our furniture, covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
