Order Acceptance & Validity
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt, but this does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or other reasonable grounds. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all children’s furniture. However, slight variations in color, dimensions, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences. We do not warrant that product images will match the actual item exactly. For detailed product questions, please review product details or refer to our FAQ section before purchasing.
Payments
All payments must be completed at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and we do not store full payment card information. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and we reserve the right to verify payment validity before processing orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the size and safety requirements of children’s furniture, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and free from damage. Customized items or those with personalized designs are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or errors on our part. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Liability Limitations
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damages to property, loss of use, or personal injury. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for damages caused by improper assembly, misuse, or failure to follow product safety instructions, especially for children’s furniture used by minors.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Cartoon designs on wardrobes and other products are either owned by us or used with proper licensing; unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with such laws.
