This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of children’s furniture, including kids’ beds, study desks, and cartoon wardrobes. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order, and this policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging items. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged in the original packaging with all accessories, parts, and instructions included. Items that are damaged, soiled, assembled, or missing components will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless the damage or missing parts occurred during shipping.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. This includes any furniture with custom cartoon designs, engraved details, or modified dimensions requested by the customer.

Return Process

Before initiating a return, please ensure the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. To start the return process, follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation or via the website’s account section. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item being returned.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive guidance on packaging the item securely. For larger furniture pieces like beds and wardrobes, we recommend reusing the original packaging or using equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, follow the same initial steps as a return and specify the desired replacement item. If the replacement item has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange is processed. If the replacement item is lower-priced, we will issue a refund for the difference after the original item is received and inspected.
Exchange shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us only if the exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item, and we will cover shipping for the replacement.

Defective Products & Shipping Errors

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage, defect, or shipping label for verification. We will arrange for a free return or exchange, cover all shipping costs, and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund at your discretion.
In the case of shipping errors (e.g., receiving the wrong item), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all costs associated with returning the incorrect item and shipping the correct one to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary by payment provider.
Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for items returned in non-original condition, though this is rare and only applied in cases of significant misuse or damage.
